College Leadership 101: A Syllabus for Navigating Higher Ed’s Toughest Era
Across the country, first-year college students are diving into 'common reads.' These build community, teach life lessons, and set the stage for what's to come. What about the leaders of those colleges – what could they be reading to create common ground and learn lessons as they help their institutions to adapt? To answer this question, I put together a list for Tertulia drawn from the bibliography of The Connected College to spotlight nine books that help leaders change their perspective, strategy, culture, programs, marketing, behavior, processes, governance, and how everyone works together to make this happen.
